Delivery & Provisioning Policy

AutomationXpert is a digital software service. There is no physical product, no shipping address, no courier. This policy explains how and when your access is provisioned.
1 · What is delivered
Upon successful payment, you receive:
- Activation of your tenant account in our AX backend
- WhatsApp onboarding from +91 88502 91643 with setup instructions
- Google Drive + Google Sheets connection prompts
- Access to the 7 V1 tools per your plan (Base / Pro / Premium / Founder)
- GST-compliant tax invoice by email within 24 hours
2 · Provisioning timeline
Service is provisioned within 24 hours of payment — and almost always within 1–2 hours during Indian working hours (9 AM–9 PM IST, Monday–Saturday).
If we fail to set you up within 24 hours, you are entitled to a 100% refund — see Refund Policy.
3 · What you need to provide
To complete provisioning, we will ask you for:
- The WhatsApp number that will be your owner account
- Your business name (for invoicing) and GSTIN if applicable
- Google account email to receive Drive + Sheets connection
- One-tap consent on the Drive permission prompt we send
4 · Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime. Our infrastructure (Supabase + Cloudflare) is in Singapore + global edge; WhatsApp Cloud API delivery is subject to Meta's uptime, outside our control.
5 · Cross-border
The Service is currently intended for businesses operating in India. We do not actively serve non-Indian businesses. International tax and compliance are out of scope.
6 · Failed provisioning
If for any reason we cannot provision your service (e.g., your WhatsApp number is on a Meta blocklist, your Google account refuses our scope request, payment is reversed), we will:
- Reach out within 24 hours via the contact details you provided
- Attempt to resolve the issue with you
- Issue a full refund within 7 working days if resolution is not possible
